Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery to lead a team of Delivery Leads and oversee cross-functional programs. The role reports to the Director of Technical Delivery and focuses on scalable delivery practices, governance, and accountability across initiatives.

You will shape how the function operates, coach delivery practitioners, and drive performance metrics for senior and C-suite audiences while promoting AI-forward methods within the team.

Qualifications

• 4 years direct people management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent programs across different risk profiles.
• Strong executive communication skills - able to prepare and present status materials to senior leadership.
• Proficiency with AI tools and prompt engineering - experience using LLMs in delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Delivery Leads and oversee cross-functional programs.
• Own delivery management for Technology Enablement initiatives.
• Serve as a key escalation point and thought partner to the Director.
• Shape AI-forward delivery practices and scale operational capabilities.
