Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, commercial strategy, or technology strategy in Industrials
• Experience leading digital transformation and cross-functional programs
• Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys and industrial channels
• Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, and data structures
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable delivery plans and measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead complex agentic commerce and digital ecosystem transformation programs
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, experience, content, data, and analytics
• Lead executive workshops and steering updates aligning commercial, sales, digital, service, procurement, and technology stakeholders
