Job summary
Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead design and delivery of agentic commerce transformations for industrial clients. You’ll guide programs spanning strategy, experience, data, and platforms to modernize how products and services are discovered, specified, and transacted using AI-enabled agents.
You will lead cross-functional teams, translate strategic visions into actionable roadmaps, and partner with executives to drive commercial value and scalable outcomes across dealer ecosystems,
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, commercial strategy, or technology strategy in Industrials.
- Experience leading digital transformation, customer experience, or sales/product optimization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys and industrial channels.
- Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, or data standards.
- Ability to translate strategy into executable delivery roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, experience, content, data, and analytics.
- Deliver complex agentic commerce and digital ecosystem transformation programs.
- Lead executive workshops and steering updates with senior client stakeholders.
- Define progression plans, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes.
