Job summary
Accenture Song is seeking a Senior Manager to lead design and delivery of agentic commerce transformation programs for industrial clients. You will shape how AI-powered agents, conversational interfaces, and intelligent systems influence procurement, pricing, and renewals across dealer ecosystems.
The role requires senior client-facing leadership, guiding teams across strategy, digital experience, content, platform integration, data, sales, and account teams to deliver measurable business
Qualifications
- 10+ years in consulting, digital strategy, commercial strategy, or technology strategy in Industrials
- Experience leading digital transformation and sales effectiveness initiatives
- Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys and aftermarket services
- Experience with AI-driven customer experiences and API-based integrations
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, experience, data, and analytics; accountable for outcomes and delivery
- Direct client workshops and steering updates aligning commercial, sales, digital, and technology stakeholders
- Translate strategic vision into actionable delivery roadmaps and value cases
- Advise on competition across direct, dealer, distributor, marketplace ecosystems as AI mediation grows
