Job summary

Accenture Song in the U.S. seeks a Manager for Customer Technology, Commerce to lead the design, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce workstreams, ensuring AI-driven capabilities are production-ready and integrated with enterprise ecosystems.

You will apply patterns across composable and platform-led commerce, translate AI designs into build plans for Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, and MACH ecosystems, and drive prototype-to-production efforts while managing pods across AI, backend, data, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise-scale commerce and digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, or MACH stacks).
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI capabilities integrated into production systems.
• Strong knowledge of API-led, microservices-based architectures for distributed commerce.
• Experience integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and contextual memory into enterprise platforms.
• Industry expertise in CMT Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce workstreams.
• Ensure AI-driven capabilities are production-ready, secure, and well integrated.
• Deliver integration with CRM, CDP, payments, order management, pricing, and fulfillment systems.
• Manage engineering and delivery pods across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps.
