Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise-scale commerce and digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, or MACH stacks.
• Experience building agentic AI capabilities integrated into production systems.
• Strong knowledge of API-led, microservices architectures for distributed commerce.
• Experience integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector stores, and contextual memory.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce workstreams.
• Deliver prototype-to-production, embedding agentic workflows into live commerce environments.
• Design modular agent frameworks integrated with APIs and backend services.
• Manage engineering and delivery pods across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps.
• Track KPIs and ensure governance, auditability, and explainability.
