Job summary

Accenture Song – Customer Technology, Commerce practice seeks an Agentic Commerce & AI Consultant to design and build AI-powered, scalable commerce solutions using Generative AI and multi-agent orchestration. You will own solution components, ensuring secure, scalable deployments within client ecosystems.

You will lead data pipelines, model workflows, and integration with commerce platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, and SAP CX.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building scalable AI or data-driven systems.
• Experience deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).
• Experience designing multi-agent orchestration pipelines and tool invocation.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise APIs and backend commerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, cloud platforms, and Databricks.
• Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented architectures.
• Understanding of Responsible AI and production monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Agentic AI systems enabling intelligent decision workflows across personalization engines, merchandising optimization, campaign orchestration, and conversational commerce.
• Develop data/knowledge pipelines and semantic models to support agent reasoning and integration with orchestration tools.
• Architect and deploy modular services on AWS/Azure/GCP using FastAPI and CI/CD pipelines; leverage Databricks for modeling workflows.
• Implement responsible AI practices, monitoring, testing, and observability for multi-agent systems.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, translating AI architectures into business value and ROI.
