Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead the design and delivery of agentic commerce transformation programs for industrial clients. You will guide multidisciplinary teams across strategy, digital experience, content, platform integration, and data to advance AI-enabled buying journeys and ecosystem-based transformations.

You will translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and commercial value cases, partnering with senior client leaders and across Accenture Song and related groups

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, or technology strategy in Industrials.
• Experience leading digital transformation, customer experience, or sales effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys and industrial channels.
• Experience with AI-driven customer experiences and API-based integrations.
• Ability to translate strategic roadmaps into actionable delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, experience, content, data, and analytics.
• Deliver complex agentic commerce and digital ecosystem transformation programs.
• Lead executive workshops and steering updates aligning stakeholders.
• Translate concepts into clear recommendations for senior client leaders.
• Coach managers, consultants, and analysts to build high-performing teams.
