Job summary

Accenture Song – Customer Technology, Commerce Practice seeks a Manager to lead design, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce workstreams. You will ensure AI-driven capabilities are production-ready, secure, and integrated with enterprise commerce ecosystems.

As part of Architecture, Engineering, Delivery & Governance, you will manage pods across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps, driving CI/CD and cloud-native deployments on major platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, and SAP.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise-scale commerce and digital platforms.
• Hands-on with enterprise commerce platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, SAP) or MACH stacks.
• Experience building agentic AI capabilities in production systems.
• Strong API-led, microservices-based architectures for distributed commerce.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector stores, and contextual memory.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and scaling of Agentic Commerce workstreams.
• Ensure AI-driven capabilities are production-ready and secure.
• Deliver integration with CRM, CDP, payments, and order management systems.
• Mentor cross-functional teams across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps.
