Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3–5 years of fundraising or related experience.
• Experience devising and implementing cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and solicit gifts from prospects with capacity to give $25,000 to $250K.
• Manage a portfolio of prospects and donors meeting annual fundraising targets.
• Document all activity in the donor database and track performance metrics.
