Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a fundraising professional to cultivate and solicit annual unrestricted gifts from donors with capacity to give from $25,000 to $250K. You will manage a portfolio, document activity, and collaborate across clinical areas to align unrestricted and restricted giving.

The target salary range is $75,000-$85,000 with a hybrid work schedule at our Revolution Drive location. Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in fundraising are required, with experience in Blackbaud CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 3-5 years of fundraising or related experience.
• Experience devising and implementing cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Proficiency in data entry, data management and reporting.
• Ability to motivate, engage, influence and collaborate with diverse audiences.
• Experience with Blackbaud CRM (or Raiser’s Edge) and Zoom/Teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and solicit annual unrestricted gifts from prospects (25k to 250k).
• Manage a portfolio of donors and meet annual fundraising metrics.
• Document all activity in the database and coordinate with teams.
• Advocate for unrestricted giving and align with restricted fundraising efforts.
• Close new and renewed gifts and collaborate with colleagues and leadership.
• Stay informed on Mass General Brigham programs and trends.
