Job summary

Grafana Labs is searching for a Major Accounts Director to grow and manage opportunities across the US. You will prospect, nurture, and close opportunities, guiding customers from initial engagement through to a strong post-sale relationship.

You will operate in a remote-first environment, building executive-level relationships, crafting strategic plans, and leading the sales cycle with a consultative, value-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer).
• Excellent communication across in person, online, and written channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within top existing accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships at executive level in current customers.
• Create and execute strategic plans for defined account set.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process (prospecting, meetings, demos, proposals, negotiations, account management).
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Convey value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce.
