Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle in large, complex enterprises, including prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing new opportunities.
• Provide account leadership and direction in pre- and post-sales to ensure value realization from GitLab’s platform.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Support, and strategic partners to design and execute account strategies.
• Develop structured account plans based on customer needs, map opportunities, and align stakeholders across teams.
• Manage and forecast activity with regular reviews and share lessons learned with teams.
