GitLab seeks a Major Account Executive on our FINS Enterprise team to lead complex, multi-stakeholder B2B software sales with large regulated enterprises. You will guide prospects through DevSecOps transformations, including CI/CD automation, secure development, and modernization, acting as the trusted partner across pre- and post-sales.

You will build enterprise pipelines, collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and channel partners to ensure successful rollout and ongoing

Formación

• Experience selling to large enterprises with complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and DevSecOps tooling and processes.
• Ability to align customer outcomes with GitLab’s AI-powered platform and offerings.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the full sales cycle in large enterprises, including prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing opportunities.
• Provide account leadership and direction in both pre-sales and post-sales processes to ensure value realization.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Support, and channel partners to design and execute account strategies.
