Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience performing maintenance duties.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience is helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general duties and repairs according to safety standards.
• Inspect and restore apartments to 'make ready' status.
• Respond to resident requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
