You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, supervise technicians, and coordinate contractor activities while maintaining safety and ensuring timely response to service requests.

This role supports a rotating on-call schedule and requires strong customer service, communication, and hands-on trade skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years maintenance experience, or 4 years’ experience with EPA 608 Universal.
• EPA 608 Universal certification or relevant trade certification.
• Strong customer service, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to train less senior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assets and supervises maintenance staff on projects and daily tasks.
• Ensure safety and environmental policies are followed.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Maintain 24/7 maintenance coverage on a rotating on-call schedule.
