Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition of our community and deliver world-class service to residents. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and handle service requests, contributing to a safe and welcoming living environment.

The role involves working on-site within the community, supporting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks, with on-call rotation to provide 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic troubleshooting skills required.
• Certifications relevant to the region (EPA 608, Boiler) obtained within 9 months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for general maintenance and upkeep of property systems (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities, and lighting).
• Perform inspections and repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental policies.
• Respond to resident service requests and participate in 24/7 maintenance coverage on a rotating/on-call schedule.
