Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 7 years maintenance experience or 4 years with EPA 608 Universal.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or Carpentry certification preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose problems and train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assets and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
• Ensure safety and environmental policy compliance.
