Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition of our community and deliver world-class service to residents.

You'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and handle resident service requests across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, while following safety policies and contributing to a positive resident experience through professional, responsive interactions. A rotating on-call schedule provides 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Able to perform repairs to company standards within time limits.
• EPA 608, Boiler, plumbing, electrical or appliance repair certifications obtained within 9 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for general maintenance and orderliness of property HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities and lighting systems, including inspections and repairs.
• Ensuring the successful execution of all company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Delivering the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive, and professional interactions.
• Working a rotating on call schedule to have 24/7 maintenance coverage
