Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition of our communities and deliver world-class service to residents. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests to uphold our standards.

Qualified candidates bring 7+ years of maintenance experience or EPA 608 and relevant certifications, plus strong customer service and communication skills. This role is on-site at our NM communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA 608 Universal certification or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
• Advanced knowledge in at least one of electrical, plumbing, HVAC or carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assets and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
• Ensure safety and environmental policies are followed.
• Provide high level of resident service and respond to requests promptly.
