The Maintenance Technician at Balfour Beatty Communities is responsible for maintaining the overall physical condition of the community and delivering world-class service to residents. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure all service requests are completed promptly and safely.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and certifications such as EPA 608 or boiler, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4–6 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Certifications relevant to the region (e.g., EPA 608, Boiler) within 9–12 months.
• Valid state driver's license.

Responsabilités

• General maintenance and upkeep of property HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and prioritize resident service requests.
• Adhere to safety and environmental policies; maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 maintenance coverage.
