Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition of our community and provide world-class service to residents. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and handle service requests promptly to keep the property in top condition.

The position requires 4–6 years of maintenance experience, a High School diploma or GED, and relevant certifications. Expect a demanding but rewarding role with on-call responsibilities and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA 608, Boiler Certification, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair certifications within 9 months.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and upkeep of property HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities and lighting systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through responsive, professional interactions.
• Work rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 maintenance coverage.
