Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our residential communities in top condition and deliver world‑class service to residents. You’ll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring safety and high resident satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will have 4–6 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service, and knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED at minimum.
• 4–6 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Advanced knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Solid troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to diagnose problems and propose repairs.
• Able to work with limited supervision.
• Good time management.
• Certifications such as EPA 608, Boiler, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair within 9–12 months.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

• Ensure safety and environmental policies are followed.

• Maintain 24/7 on-call maintenance coverage.
