Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain the physical condition of our community and provide world-class service to residents. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete requests promptly to uphold property standards.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry, strong customer service, and the ability to guide junior staff. A valid driver's license and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA 608 Universal certification or 4 years’ HVAC/plumbing/electrical experience with no certifications.
• Experience with maintenance trade skills and customer service.
• Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assets and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
• Ensure safety and environmental policies are followed.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Work a rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 maintenance coverage.
