Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to safeguard the physical condition of our communities and deliver world-class service to residents. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and handle service requests promptly while coordinating with vendors and staff.

The role requires 4–6 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, strong customer service, and certifications such as EPA 608 or Boiler license within 9–12 months. A valid driver’s license is required.

• Supervise and coordinate with technicians and contractors on projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
• Provide timely, professional, and courteous service to residents.
