Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and major appliances across our apartment community. You will use hands-on problem solving to keep systems running and residents happy.

Responsibilities include completing service requests promptly, performing preventative maintenance, assisting with painting, and following safety policies to maintain an Incident and Injury Free culture.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand policies and SDS.
• Ability to participate in on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances.
• Completes service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Maintains vacant apartment homes in rent-ready condition and performs turnkey work.
• Performs preventative maintenance and assists in painting.
