Job summary
Tricon Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks focused on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs across our properties in the Atlanta area. The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and efficient completion of service requests while maintaining safety standards.
This position includes a company van to take home nightly and requires a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- EPA 608 Certification required for refrigerant management.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs is essential.
- Strong safety and customer-service focus is expected.
Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC diagnostics, maintenance and repair to ensure system efficiency.
- Address plumbing and electrical issues with safe, compliant procedures.
- Communicate clearly with residents and teammates to prioritize tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to PPE protocols.
- Accurately document work orders and time entries.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs to residents.
