Tricon is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a wide range of on-site repairs with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. You will manage service requests, communicate with residents and vendors, and maintain safety and cleanliness on-site.

The role includes a company vehicle and requires a valid driver's license. Qualifications include EPA 608 Refrigerant Certification, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 5 years in maintenance.

Formación

• EPA 608 Certification for Refrigerant Management (Type II or Universal).
• High school diploma or GED. Experience in maintenance preferred.
• 5 years maintenance/construction background and ability to travel between properties.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work on-call/overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks focused on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Communicate clearly with residents, team members and vendors; provide strong customer service.
• Prioritize tasks with AMM-T/CMC and complete service requests promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and document work orders accurately.
• Repair/install components such as thermostats, wiring, ducts, fixtures, and hardware as needed.
• Test electrical circuits, inspect/repair outlets and breakers, and handle small plumbing repairs.
• Test HVAC operation, replace filters, clean coils, and manage refrigerant as required.
• Drive a company-provided vehicle and adhere to safety protocols.
