Job summary

Tricon Homes in Portland, OR is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a broad range of repair tasks focusing on HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance across our properties.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace components, manage service requests, maintain safe conditions, and document work orders using our software. A EPA 608 certification and 5 years of maintenance experience are preferred, with daily on-site travel.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 refrigerant certification required (Type II or Universal).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years maintenance/construction background preferred.
• Daily travel between properties required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC diagnosis, repair, and refrigerant management.
• Repair plumbing fixtures including faucets, sinks, and water heaters.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical outlets, switches, and circuits.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and document work orders.
• Use work order and inventory systems to drive productivity.
