Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and empathetically with residents, team members and vendors
• Respond to and complete service requests promptly
• Prioritize tasks with AMM-T/CMC and maintain productivity
• Repair HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and accurately complete timesheets and data in the work order system
