Tricon Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs across our properties in the United States. You will provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly with residents and team members, and manage service requests efficiently while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

• HVAC systems repair and maintenance experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Repair HVAC systems and components including thermostats, fans, motors, belts, capacitors, relays, compressors.
• Perform plumbing repairs such as faucets, sinks, toilets, water heaters.
• Handle electrical work and troubleshoot wiring and outlets.
• Educate residents on maintenance and preventive tips.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and complete service requests promptly.
