Qualifications

• HVAC systems repair and maintenance experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair HVAC systems and components including thermostats, fans, motors, belts, capacitors, relays, compressors.
• Perform plumbing repairs such as faucets, sinks, toilets, water heaters.
• Handle electrical work and troubleshoot wiring and outlets.
• Educate residents on maintenance and preventive tips.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and complete service requests promptly.
