Job summary

Tricon Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a wide range of repairs with emphasis on HVAC, plumbing, electrical work and general maintenance across properties. This role requires strong communication, exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage and complete service requests safely.

A valid driver’s license, EPA Type II or Universal certification, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification for refrigerant management (Type II or Universal) required.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance/construction experience.
• Ability to work across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Repair HVAC systems and components, test and troubleshoot.
• Perform plumbing repairs including fixtures and drains.
• Inspect and repair electrical connections and devices.
• Conduct safety checks and maintain clean work areas.
• Communicate status to AMM-T/CMC and residents clearly.
