Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification required (Type II or Universal).
• 5 years maintenance/construction background.
• Daily travel between properties.
• Effective written and verbal communication with residents and vendors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly, compassionately, and with empathy with residents and vendors.
• Respond to and complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all properties.
• Repair HVAC systems, electrical components, and plumbing as needed.
• Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and test repairs for safety and efficiency.
• Fill out time sheets accurately and enter data into work orders.
