Job summary

Tricon is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a range of maintenance tasks with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs across properties.

You will diagnose issues, repair equipment, and communicate clearly with residents and team members while maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification are required.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification required (Type II or Universal)
• 5 years maintenance/construction background
• Daily travel between properties
• Must lift up to 50 pounds
• Must communicate effectively with residents and team

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems to ensure safe, efficient operation
