Job summary

Tricon is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a broad range of maintenance tasks with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical work and general repairs. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and safe work practices.

A provided work van and routine property travel are included as part of the position. Applicants should have EPA 608 certification, at least 5 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification required (Type II or Universal).
• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years maintenance/construction background.
• Daily travel between properties.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair HVAC systems including diagnosis, cleaning, and component replacement.
• Perform electrical work: wiring, outlets, switches, panels, and safety devices.
• Plumbing repairs: fixtures, drains, water heaters, and related systems.
