Job summary

Tricon Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a broad range of maintenance and repair tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. The role requires strong communication, exceptional customer service, and the ability to efficiently manage service requests while keeping a clean, safe work environment.

A work van is provided and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA 608 Certification for Refrigerant Management.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years maintenance/construction background.
• Daily travel between properties is required.
• Must be able to work in physically challenging conditions.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems and perform plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with residents and vendors.
• Complete service requests promptly and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Repair or replace fixtures, doors, windows, and hardware as needed.
• Accurately document time sheets and data in the work order system.
• Utilize company vehicles and technology to drive productivity.
