Job summary

Tricon Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks with emphasis on HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. The role requires strong communication, exceptional customer service, and the ability to complete service requests efficiently while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities include diagnosing HVAC issues, performing repairs or replacements, and coordinating with the AMM-T/CMC to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5 years of maintenance/construction experience is required.
• Daily travel between properties is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Effective written and verbal communication is essential.
• Must work safely with PPE and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Communicate clearly with residents, team members, and vendors.
• Respond to and prioritize service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate and troubleshoot HVAC systems and related components.
