Job summary

Tricon Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs across our properties. This role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and the ability to manage and complete service requests safely and efficiently.

You will work with the AMM-T/CMC to prioritize tasks, respond to service requests promptly, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

EPA 608 certification required (Type II or Universal).
High school diploma or GED required.
5+ years in maintenance/construction preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in physically demanding conditions.
Willingness to work on-call and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including cleaning, testing, and component replacement.
Repair or replace plumbing fixtures and drainage as needed.
Perform electrical repairs and inspect connections, switches and outlets.
Inspect and seal ducts, install or replace hardware as required.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and educate residents on maintenance tips.
