Tricon-Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks with emphasis on HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs at properties in the United States. Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification for refrigerant management (Type II or Universal) required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance/construction experience.
• Willingness to travel daily between properties.
• Strong safety mindset and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly, compassionately, and with empathy with residents and vendors.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with team members, residents and vendors.
• Repair HVAC systems including diagnosis, cleaning, and parts replacement.
• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
• Accurately complete time sheets and use the work order system.
