Job summary

Tricon-Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a wide range of on-site maintenance tasks, focusing on HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure a safe, clean work environment while providing excellent service to residents.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and EPA 608 Certification. The role requires travel between properties and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems: diagnosis, repair and maintenance across units.
• Plumbing: faucets, sinks, toilets and minor repairs.
• Electrical: wiring checks, outlets, breakers and GFCIs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with residents, vendors and team members.
• Respond to service requests promptly and prioritize tasks.
• Repair or replace HVAC components, plumbing fixtures and electrical hardware.
• Maintain clean, safe work environments and properly log work orders.
• Accurately document time sheets and job notes.
