Tricon Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs across properties. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and timely completion of service requests with clear communication to residents and internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have a 5-year maintenance background, EPA 608 certification, and proficiency with work order systems while being able to lift 50 pounds and work in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification for Refrigerant Management (Type II or Universal) required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years maintenance/construction background preferred.
• Ability to use work order and inventory systems efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair HVAC systems, diagnose and troubleshoot issues to restore operation.
• Perform plumbing, electrical work and general repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and document work orders accurately.
• Communicate status and ETA clearly to residents and team members.
• Liaise with AMM-T/CMC to prioritize daily tasks and respond promptly.
