Qualifications

2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
Valid driver’s license required.
On-call schedule rotation with the team is expected.
Ability to read and understand policies including safety and maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with safety data sheets and proper chemical handling.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, safety systems, and related areas.
Completes service requests and repairs per standards and in a timely manner.
Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready promptly.
Performs turnkey work as needed and conducts preventative maintenance.
Maintains a safe work environment following safety policies.
