Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company changing how medicines are made. The Maintenance Technician IV, DAP performs corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance on process equipment in a CNC-enabled, GMP environment.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, train operators, and support continuous improvement while ensuring cGMP compliance. The role supports setup/changeovers, equipment upgrades, 5S, and data-driven maintenance within a high-stakes

Qualifications

• Experience performing corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance on automated process equipment in a regulated GMP environment.
• Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CNC manufacturing environment requirements including gowning and clean room behavior.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment failures independently with limited supervision.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP) for creating, updating, and closing work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repair, rebuilding, changeovers, and inspections on process equipment.
• Execute line turnarounds, changeovers, and preventative maintenance per SOPs.
• Monitor equipment performance and data to ensure optimal operation.
• Use testing tools to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and environmental monitoring systems.
• Install new equipment and oversee upgrades per site SOPs.
• Perform 5S and maintain organized operating areas.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Facilitator, Process Facilitator, Engineer, and leads on maintenance needs and projects.
• Support PET with project follow-ups and validation activities.
• Maintain cGMP documentation and housekeeping in assigned areas.
