Job summary

Resilience in West Chester Township, Ohio is hiring a Maintenance Technician III to maintain and optimize process equipment in a cGMP manufacturing environment. The role covers mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, changeovers, and training Production Operators, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include repairing process equipment, interpreting diagrams and PLC code, completing documentation in the work order system, and supporting continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance and performance
• Familiarity with automation systems: PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, Rockwell Inductive Aveva or similar
• Ability to read, write, and follow English instructions clearly
• Capability to lift and handle equipment parts and tooling
• Proficiency with CMMS (Maximo or SAP) for work orders and documentation

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repair, rebuilding, changeovers and inspection of process equipment.
• Troubleshoot Automation systems: PLCs, HMIs, SCADA.
• Interpret diagrams, drawings, PLC code and other schematics.
• Document work in the work order system to ensure CAMMS/cGMP compliance.
• Train operators on equipment setup and minor adjustments.
• Install new equipment and oversee upgrades per site SOPs.
• Maintain 5S and organize operating areas.
• Adhere to SOPs, cGMPs, safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
