Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company driving sustainable, end-to-end manufacturing solutions. This Maintenance Technician IV role supports process equipment in GMP settings, with emphasis on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, and changeovers where needed.

You will trainProduction Operators, participate in continuous improvement, and contribute to high uptime by reading schematics and operating CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• Maintenance on automated process equipment in a GMP environment.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting including hydraulics and electronics.
• Familiarity with CNC manufacturing environment requirements, gowning, and clean room behavior.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve equipment failures with limited supervision.
• Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP) for work orders.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Strong command of English language for instruction-following.

Responsibilities

• Complete emergency repair, rebuilding, changeover, and inspection work on process-related equipment.
• Install, inspect, test, adjust, repair, and perform line turnarounds and preventative maintenance per SOPs.
• Responsible for equipment and system performance through data monitoring within the operating area.
• Use testing and measuring equipment in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, environmental monitoring, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical line equipment.
• Install new equipment and oversee upgrades according to site SOPs.
• Perform 5S activities and maintain organization of operating areas.
• Work with limited supervision, prioritizing maintenance needs with other leads.
• Perform roles of Technician and Mechanical Technician as required to support PET activities.
• Utilize problem solving and troubleshooting techniques to complete repairs.
• Serve as a project resource to PET for follow-up and validation activities.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping to maintain cGMP environment.
