The Maintenance Technician IV role supports process equipment in a cGMP environment, performing corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance and facilitating changeovers and upgrades.

The position emphasizes troubleshooting, electrical/mechanical skills, and CMMS documentation, with responsibilities including 5S, safety compliance, and training Production

Qualifications

• Experience performing corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance on automated process equipment in GMP environment.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with CMMS (e.g., SAP) to manage work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repair, rebuild, changeover, and inspection work on process equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance through data in the assigned area.
• Use testing and measuring tools for electronic, environmental, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment.
