Job summary

Resilience in United States (OH) seeks a Maintenance Technician III to perform corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance on process equipment in a clean, regulated environment.

The role includes setup/changeover support up to Class 100 aseptic areas, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and training production operators. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance.
• Familiar with automation systems: PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, Rockwell/Inductive (Ignition), Aveva (Wonderware), Siemens, Emerson (GE) or B&R.
• Proficient with CMMS such as Maximo or SAP.
• Must read/write English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repair, rebuilding, changeover, and inspection on process equipment.
• Troubleshoot automation systems; PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and related controls.
• Complete documentation in the work order system per cGMPs and site SOPs.
• Provide training to operators on equipment setup and minor repairs.
• Support setup/changeover and equipment upgrades in aseptic areas.
