Job summary
Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician IV to lead and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on process equipment in a regulated clean environment. The role involves setup/changeover support, troubleshooting, and training process technicians to improve equipment performance.
The position emphasizes cGMP/OSHA compliance, data monitoring, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in a regulated production environment maintaining process equipment.
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
- Experience leading small technical teams in a cGMP setting.
- Familiar with CMMS such as Maximo or SAP.
- Ability to lift and handle equipment parts and tooling.
Responsibilities
- Lead emergency repair, rebuild, changeover and inspection of process equipment.
- Install, test, adjust, repair and perform line turnarounds and preventative maintenance.
- Close out activities in the work order system per procedures and compliance rules.
- Provide training to operators and technicians for setup and adjustments.
- Lead equipment upgrades and 5S housekeeping in operating areas.
- Maintain cGMP and OSHA compliance and document with logs and records.
