Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform ongoing corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance on process equipment in a regulated production environment.

You will support setup/changeover, troubleshoot PLC/SCADA systems, and maintain logs and documentation per cGMP and SOPs. This role requires strong English communication and adherence to gowning/qualification standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with automation systems: PLCs, HMIs, SCADA; Rockwell/Inductive, Aveva, Siemens, Emerson/GE, or B&R.
• Proficient in English reading, writing and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repair, rebuilding, changeover and inspection on process equipment.
• Install, test, adjust, repair and perform line turnarounds and preventive maintenance per procedures.
• Troubleshoot automation systems and read diagrams, PLC code, and schematics.
• Maintain records in CMMS (e.g., Maximo or SAP) and ensure cGMP compliance.
