Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV, DAP to perform corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance on process equipment in a GMP setting. The role includes setup/changeover support, troubleshooting, and training operators in basic equipment adjustments to support continuous improvement.

You will work with Maximo/SAP CMMS and adhere to cGMP and OSHA guidelines while maintaining data integrity in the work orders and batch records.

Qualifications

• Experience in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in a GMP environment.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting across hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics.
• Familiarity with CNC manufacturing environment requirements and cleanroom behavior.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repair, rebuilding, changeover, and preventive maintenance on process equipment.
• Install, test, adjust, repair, and oversee line turnarounds and upgrades per SOPs.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain GMP records.
• Provide training to operators on equipment setup and minor repairs.
